From I-95: Take I-95 to Atlantic Avenue and head West to Military Trail.  Turn right onto Military Trail. Turn right at the Big Lots entrance and continue straight (Incledon Chiropractic on left in Suite E-6)

The office is located on the NW corner of Woolbright Rd. and Jog Rd.
